JEM Behavioral Health PLLC is a Charlotte-based outpatient behavioral health clinic that services the entire state of NC. The primary provider Vanessa Graham is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is trained to work with all ages (child, adolescent, and adult) and has experience with each on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Vanessa uses a holistic and integrative approach that takes the whole patient into consideration to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her training in family and psychiatric medication helps her to understand both physical and mental health, and how to address the mind-body connection in her care.
